Babies and TB

Ok, it is my goal to keep my blog up to date and in order to do so I will be composing these posts very quickly. So please excuse the mess.

Since we have been back Rob and Anne-Marie have gone on a much deserved vacation leaving Annelies in charge of the Clinic and I in charge of the Construction. All has been going well so far. We have a new baby girl 1 month old 1.65 kilograms. Her mom is retaining water and her legs and torso are very swollen. She may also have TB. The babies name is Wedgina. She is very cute but very underweight. Annelies put a feeding tube in her and she is gaining weight stedily. Please keep her in your prayers. She also cries a lot so please pray that we have patience! Some of you may remember little Thomas. Well he is not so little any more! He is gaining weight rapidly and other than a skin infection is doing very well :]

Today I started of the day by getting materiels for the guys. I went to the market and bought food for the week. We had rain 3 days ago and everything is turning green now! Big answere to prayer :]

The picture of the yellow house on the left side and all the people is on the right. Those are the patients that Annelies saw this morning. The picture with the kids running in front of the hut is little Thomas's family, they are a lot of fun. The picture of Annelies feeding the child is of Wedgina the new girl who's mom has the problem with the swelling.
